Beginner coaching

Never held a padel racket? Our beginner sessions teach you the fundamentals: grip, footwork, positioning and shot selection. You will be playing confidently within your first few sessions.

Intermediate coaching

Already playing but making the same mistakes? We focus on consistency, tactical awareness and technique to take your game to the next level.

Advanced coaching

For competitive players who want to sharpen their game: shot variety, match strategy and preparation for tournaments.

Lesson types and prices

• Private lesson (1 player): AED 390. A 10-session package works out at AED 320 per session.
• Semi-private (2 players): AED 490 per session.
• Group training (3 to 4 players): AED 165 per person.

Most beginners play full games after two or three sessions. With regular coaching you will see clear progress within a month.
