Annie is a certified yoga teacher withover 200 hours of formal training, specializing in strength-based vinyasa andathletic yoga. Her classes are designed to help you build lean muscle, enhancemobility, and recover faster, using a dynamic flow that blends functionalmovement with mindful breathwork.

Nicha is a 200-hour certified yogateacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Her teachingdraws from deep knowledge of human anatomy, recovery science, and holistichealing practices.
She specializes in:
● Stretch therapy and deep stretching toincrease mobility and relieve chronic tension
● Meditation and breathwork to calm the nervoussystem and improve focus
● Face yoga to reduce puffiness, tone facialmuscles, and support lymphatic flow
● Sports massage techniques for improvedrecovery and relaxation
